Our commitment to Equality and Diversity

This Statement sets out our values and commitments on age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex and sexual orientation (Equality Act 2010). The aim of this Statement is to provide information, a vision for the future and evidence about past achievements in respect of equality and diversity. The audience is the people we work for, to and with as well as securing regulatory compliance.

Equality and Diversity Information Reports

Information on staffing and employment in the Health Protection Agency is based on the last full year for which figures are available, ie. year ending 31st March 2011. This report has been written to provide information, on our staffing and employment, to the general publicand key stakeholders. We also have a legal obligation to publish this information.
