HPA Exercise Programme

Rescue services worker on HPA exercise

The Emergency Response Department runs a series of exercises, funded by the Department of Health, to test emergency preparedness in the health service community. These exercises test current health emergency plans, helping to ensure that a wide cross-section of organisations can respond in a rapid and co-ordinated way to a range of incidents.
