We have over fifty years of experience in providing high-quality personal radiation dose monitoring. Our dosemeters regularly achieve good results in national and European inter-laboratory comparisons.

In PDS we issue and process over 400,000 radiation dosemeters a year. These go to some 5,000 different employer sites in the UK and abroad, covering 65,000 individuals in total. Our customers come from many sectors - nuclear, medical, veterinary, dental, general industry and research - and range in size from a few monitored persons to a few thousand. We pride ourselves on being able to meet our customers' needs and to respond quickly to requests for information or advice.

PDS provides a high-quality dosimetry service capable of measuring and recording radiation doses received by our customers and their employees. All services are approved by the UK Health and Safety Executive as required under the Ionising Radiations Regulations and all our dosemeters are assessed in laboratories within the UK.

As part of our service, customers have access to expert advice on all aspects of radiological protection.

We will maintain strong lines of communication with our customers, enabling us to anticipate and meet their needs through long-lasting successful partnerships.
